A quote request is an inquiry that allows JEMVARO to review route and delivery requirements and respond with pricing, availability, or other next steps when appropriate.

Information submitted with a quote request may be used to evaluate the requested pickup and destination, delivery requirements, estimated route distance and travel time, service needs, and related communications.

4. Cookies, Analytics and Website Technology

The website may use standard technical information necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and understand use of the website. Depending on the technology involved, this may include information such as browser type, device information, IP address, referring pages, pages viewed, interactions with website features, and basic server logs.

JEMVARO uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and engagement and to measure interactions such as page views and actions related to delivery quote requests. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and may receive technical and usage information from a visitor's browser or device. JEMVARO uses this information to evaluate website performance, understand how visitors use the site, and improve its website and services.

JEMVARO does not intentionally send the personal information entered into its quote-request fields, such as a customer's name, email address, phone number, or delivery addresses, to Google Analytics as analytics event data.

5. Google Maps Platform and Address Services

The Request a Quote feature uses Google Maps Platform services, including address autocomplete and routing functionality. When you use these features, address or location information you enter or select, and technical information associated with the request, may be transmitted to Google to provide address suggestions and calculate route information such as estimated driving distance and travel time.

Google's handling of information through Google Maps Platform is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and applicable Google Maps Platform terms. You can review Google's Privacy Policy and Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.

JEMVARO uses the resulting address and route information to review the specific quote request, evaluate delivery requirements, and communicate about that request. If the Google-powered address or routing feature is unavailable, the quote form may provide a manual-address option.

6. Booking, Payment Testing and Delivery Information

JEMVARO may process a booking or quote identifier, selected route start time, service and route details, customer contact information, booking status, delivery-status events, and proof-of-delivery records to manage delivery requests and related communications. Test records may also be processed to check these workflows.

JEMVARO currently uses Stripe Sandbox for payment testing. When a test checkout is opened, payment-related information is entered on Stripe-hosted Checkout rather than into JEMVARO's general website forms. JEMVARO may receive and retain limited test transaction information from Stripe, such as a Checkout Session reference, payment status, amount, and information needed to associate the test transaction with the applicable booking. JEMVARO does not intend to receive or store full card numbers through these website workflows.

Private booking links or tokens may be used to display booking status. Treat these links as sensitive and avoid sharing them unnecessarily.

7. How Information May Be Shared

JEMVARO does not intend to sell personal information submitted through this website.

Information may be disclosed to service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website, provide maps and routing, process communications, support booking or payment testing, maintain technology, or support business operations.
